Planned on running 10 tonight, was feeling good for most of the run. Probably pushing a little harder than I should, but nothing too fast. averaged 6:54/mile for the 9.28 miles and then I felt something weird in my calf and deep in my butt cheek. Felt like I had slighty pulled my calf, but don't know why I felt it in my glut as well. Decided to walk the rest of the way back, but jogged probably the last 100m and it felt okay, but it was tight. I need to be patient and just recover! |
