Running Accomplishments:

High school (in San Diego) I ran a 16:40 5k and a 4:33 mile.  Have run 11 marathons.

PR - Ogden 2009 - 2:55:10

Haven't done a 5k or 10k or half in a long time.  I just enjoy doing my regular daily runs and then hittin' the Marathons.  I might slip in some shorter/faster races this year.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Drop some more weight (get down to 150),  keep Pr'ing, and try to stay injury free.  Get a 2:46:42 or better in a marathon - I wanna beat Lance's PR!!

Get out on more trails around the valley and enjoy the scenery.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Focus on marathons and possibly ultras? Keep healthy and lean.

Personal:

Married with 2.95 girls.

13 Miles (approx).  about 3 running around for 40 minutes in an indoor soccer game.  Came away with battle wounds as always.  Tweaked ankle, strained groin, pain in side of calf (kicked?).  I never feel these during the game, only on the way home and as I'm trying to get out of the car.  Came home and ran 10 Miles on the treadmill in 1:17:19.  Ran mostly 8's with 2 miles at 6:40 (MP).

Hope everything is goint well and your not injured from that soccor game. You been running lately? Didn't see on the trail today although it was super dark so we could have missed you.

Yeah, I've been running, but can't get a week in with 6 runs lately!! I'm usually getting 4-5 days in. Soccer has been fun and good to get some speed work in running around the field. I've also been doing a lot of my running at night now, with more treadmill than I'd like, but I'll take it how I can get it. Hope all is well with you! Thanks for the concern.
