10 Mile treadmill run at 2% incline at 11pm. Ran a couple miles warm-up, then felt like going faster, so did 8 miles at MP or faster. about 5.75 miles at 6:27 pace with 1 mile at 6:00 pace and .75 at 6:00 pace randomly thrown in. Fnished with .5 at 5:27 pace.
Felt really energetic after and almost like I wanted to do the workout again.
