Running Accomplishments:

Not much since high school (in San Diego) when I ran a 16:40 5k and a 4:33 mile.  Have run 7 marathons.  2 of them that I feel I've been in decent shape for (both this year). 

Marathons this year:

Salt Lake - 3:36:59 - Coming off ankle injury with minimal training.

Ogden - 3:20:59 - a 7 minute PR.

Deseret News - 2:59:25 - a 21 min PR and BQ.

St. George - 2:58:36 - a 49 second P.R.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Drop some more weight (get down to 150),  keep Pr'ing, and try to stay injury free.  Get a 2:46:42 or better in a marathon - I wanna beat Lance's PR!!

Get out on more trails around the valley and enjoy the scenery.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Focus on marathons and possibly ultras? Keep healthy and lean.

15 Miles.  Ran to BYU indoor track and back with about 8 miles on the track.  about a 7:45/mile average.  Really, really tired today.  I think I was pretty dehydrated.

Felt pretty good.  Knee pain about a 3.

6 Miles on trail.  Was going to do 15, but was really, really fatigued/weak.  Threw in the towel and called it a "recovery week"  I've had about 6 of these weeks in a row!
